Cow fish are funny... we like them a lot |

The fur seals live on an island created for them in the middle of the
bay. They're beautiful, but they stink ! Not one could be tempted into
the water with us though which is a shame... better luck next time. |

This is a scaly fin, he's a type of damsel and is a
really pretty yellow from the side. Rich thought he was posing but
really he's quite territorial and just wanted him to go away ! |

And this is a baby scalyfin, they're prettier when they're little. |

Loads of these guys around, the Moonlighter is all over the place in
shallow and deeper reefs. Apparently they're supposed to be secretive,
but this one swam around infront of the camera for a good 4 shots,
posing in a range of different angles. |

Here's a toothbrush leatherjacket, not the prettiest creature around but
apparently quite tasty.... (damn these marine parks... no opportunity
for dinner here !) |

The blue devils that the wall is named after, lovely electric blue
and they hang about in 2s and 3s. |

Quite possibly the most ugly fish I have ever seen ! the Magpie perch.
Interesting fact here... apparently he can change his colours
quickly, he should be black white black from the front but he's doing
his cunning "reversing his second black band to white and the
white central space to grey" .We seem to have caught him in the act, in
one of his abnormal moments. |
