The view from the top of Flinders Peak, you can see for miles right across to Geelong and in theory to Melbourne. Unfortunately its difficult to see as it was a bit hazy. |
| A geoglyph, a work of art created for the Commonwealth games in melbourne and which represents the wedge tailed eagle, the Aboriginal spirit who created everything in the You Yangs. |

A better view from a bit further down the hill over towards Geelong. Here I am standing on Big Rock (Australia really is the land of say what you see) which has a large indentation to hold fresh rainwater formerly used by the local indigenous tribe... given the current status of rainfall, its more of a little grassy area. |

View back up into the You Yang hills with Rich on big rock. Rich is trying to turn into a real Aussie bush ranger... see how he now even has the hat ! |
