Hello there - welcome to our new site. We figured that as we'd been here for over 2 and a half years now that our web site deserved a bit of a facelift.
So whats news apart from the new look site, well we've spent a lot of time working in the garden, we've cleared the back yard, taken the old pool out and created some new raised veggy beds. These have the benefit of having good drainage and new soil in them such that the new little plants we've put in them are much happer than the ones we have previously tried to grow in our old, dry, heavy clay soil.

We've also reshaped the back lawn which has some great new green grass on it and
replanted the back beds along with having a new fence put in. So the whole area is looking
a lot better. Next step is to get a great new deck in complete with gazebo, then we might
actually have finished for the moment.
In amongst all the gardening we managed to squeeze in a 2 week holiday in Germany and Poland for a family wedding. It was all a bit sudden that we decided to go. We had a fantastic time eating cake and sausage and drinking beer, that was only Germany of course, in Poland we were eating Pierogi and drinking Vodka !!!
