Brewing

We're seriously missing our proper beer here in Aus, they just don't know how to make a proper ale. Don't get me wrong there are some really good beers but nothing like a proper bitter. So with that in mind we went off to the local microbrewery where you can brew your own 50L of the beer of your choice. For us its a ESB similar to a Fullers.
In two weeks we get to go back and bottle it, that and fill some of our mini kegs... exciting !
